About

The design of this website was as both a blog and a portfolio, to showcase his work and to upload information about his studies.

It needed to have a way to send out emails to a large chain of contacts so that anyone who signed up could get access to his information and research.

The website needed a gallery, as he had a lot of incredible work to upload.

Logo

The brand identity was to show Cams research on wildlife; his connection to his education, and his passion as a photographer.

I started to create a base logo with ideas from his research; Orangutang’s. I drew out the facial structure in illustrator and then adjusted the features until I came up with a simple and effective shape.

The colours were next, choosing the correct pallet that was both simple and effective.

Text, font, and layout were next. Developing the font spacing and layout so that it suited the needs of the brand.
